JOINT PROJECT OF:What has TrainESEE achieved from the completion of the SWOT analysis / activity drafting in June until now?
After the educational needs of the universities have been identified (SWOT), the key elements to be addressed by the modules have been defined. During the summer months, the Trainers and the Task Leaders were working hard to create the initial drafts of all 4 modules (Phase 1). To ensure the quality of the project outputs (modules themselves), external assistance was engaged: we asked an independent assessment of the drafts by the Industry Advisors. Their main assignment, in this phase, is to see how well do the structure and the basic elements of the modules enable the achievement of the predefined learning objectives. By the end of this week, we expect feedback from all industry representatives included, hoping we could continue with the further development of the modules’ content.
However, the role of the Industry Advisors does not end here: after the modules have been fully developed, they will give their final remarks on the needed improvements.
The TrainESEE team is grateful for the contribution!
